A jingle is the shortest way into someone’s memory: a melody, your name and one promise, repeated. An AI jingle generator writes the words and sings them. make.ad goes one step further and makes the whole song ad: the lyrics, the track sung on Suno, and a picture for every line, animated and cut to the singing.
01A jingle on its own, or a whole song ad
If you only want the audio, make.ad’s Music page is the jingle generator: write the words or describe the sound, and Suno makes the track, vocals and all.
If you want the ad, start a song ad from the brief form (or the singing workflow). make.ad writes the lyrics from your brief for you to approve, Suno sings them, and the track sets the timing: every line gets its own still, animated for exactly as long as the line is sung, so the picture changes on the words.
02Write the hook before anything else
The chorus is the jingle. Get it right and the verses can be simple.
- Put your one promise in the chorus, in under ten words, and the brand name in it if it scans.
- Short rhyming lines. Long lines come back as prose sung to a tune.
- Say it out loud with a beat. If you stumble on it, a singer will too.
- Pick a genre that suits the buyer, not just the product: country, synth-pop, bubblegum pop, hip-hop, a gospel choir. Ask for a genre, never a famous song or singer.
03A brief to copy
Fill in the brackets with your own product. The verses show the problem and the moment it changes; the chorus repeats the promise. The filled-in version is for a made-up brand, Lumo.
Example
A catchy [GENRE] song about [PRODUCT] for [WHO IT IS FOR], in short rhyming lines. The chorus repeats [THE PROMISE]; the verses show [THE PROBLEM] and the moment it changes. End on [WHAT TO DO NEXT]. Filled in: A catchy 80s synth-pop song about Lumo bike lights for people who cycle home in the dark, in short rhyming lines. The chorus repeats “light the way, every day”; the verses show dead batteries and snapped mounts on a cold December night, and the moment Lumo clicks on and the street lights up. End on: get Lumo before the clocks go back.
04Make the song ad, step by step
- Save your brand, then open the brief form and choose a song sung on Suno as the sound.
- Paste the brief, and add a music style if you want one (“bright 80s synth-pop, female vocals, big chorus”).
- Pick a look for the pictures: flat 2D, claymation, anime, storybook and more.
- Approve the character, then the lyrics. Read the chorus out loud.
- Listen to the take. If the singing is wrong, send it back with a note.
- Approve the stills, and the ad is animated and cut to the song.
05Bring your own lyrics
Already have words? Paste them as your own script and they are sung as written: the script stage cannot drop a word. One Suno track holds about 5,000 characters of lyrics, far more than an ad needs: a chorus twice and two short verses is plenty.
Lyrics can be in another language too: Suno is asked to sing in the ad’s language.
Questions
- Can I get just the jingle, without the video?
- Yes. The Music page makes a track from your words or a description of the sound, vocals and all, on Suno.
- Can I choose how long the song is?
- Not exactly. Suno sings at its own pace and cannot be asked for a length, so the song sets the ad’s length. Fewer lines make a shorter song.
- Can it sing in Spanish or another language?
- Yes. Pick the ad’s language on the brief form and the lyrics are written and sung in it.
- What does a song ad cost?
- It is quoted in credits before it starts, at one Suno track. Plans start at $20 a month.
