Organize characters and asset folders

Build a reusable cast and keep the right faces, clothing, places, and props together.

01Build your reusable cast

Open Assets to manage the references you use in movies and ad movies. You can generate an image on Generate media and add the result to your cast through Assets.

Give references names you can distinguish at a glance. A name such as “Maya — blue jacket” is easier to select than a list of nearly identical character names. Check the saved image before using it in another ad.

02Use folders for a shared setting

Keep a character’s related references together in a folder: the people, places, props, and style references that belong in the same project.

When you select a character on the movie form, the rest of that folder is included automatically. Selecting the character again removes the folder selection. Check the selected assets if an unexpected prop or character appears in your plan.

03Find a character without scrolling through everything

Who is in it shows recent characters first. Choose Select more to search the rest of your library by name, folder, or note. Older characters you select stay visible in the picker.

For a movie without an uploaded cloning reference, Reuse an asset folder lets you bring an existing group of assets into the project. For cloning, each clip uses the selected character and product references it needs.

04Check references as a set

Before starting a longer project, compare the selected references side by side. Look for inconsistent hair, outfits, product packaging, and background details.

A consistent set of references gives the model clearer instructions. Still review the generated images and clips: references guide generation, but do not ensure identical results in every frame.
